The Collector’s Archive

Collected materials. New purpose. A story worth keeping.

Some materials are too interesting to be forgotten.

The Collector’s Archive is an evolving collection of one-of-one and limited-edition plant hangers, thoughtfully created from repurposed materials, vintage textiles, and unexpected finds. Each piece begins with something worth noticing: a forgotten fabric, an unusual texture, a pattern with personality, or a material whose story deserves another chapter.

Rather than letting these materials remain in the past, we give them a new purpose. Reimagined through the signature functional design of Hook & Vine, each becomes something entirely its own. An everyday object with the character of something collected.

Every Archive piece begins with the 100 Hanger Project.

The 100 Hanger Project is an ongoing creative exploration in which we design 100 individual plant hangers for interesting people and the spaces they inhabit. Each numbered piece is inspired by its recipient, their story, and the materials that bring that vision to life.

When a material allows, a small number of additional pieces are created from the same inspiration and released through the Collector’s Archive. Some may exist as a single piece. Others as a very limited edition. The availability of the materials determines what can be made, and no two releases are guaranteed to be alike.

Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

These aren’t designs made to be restocked season after season. They’re the result of discovering something special and imagining what it could become.

If a piece speaks to you, this is your only opportunity to bring it into your home.

Because beautiful materials deserve to be seen, functional objects deserve to be interesting, and some things are simply worth collecting.

Welcome to the Collector’s Archive.
