Meet the Hook & Vine Original. Our patent-pending detachable-top plant hanger, designed around a simple idea: your plant shouldn’t have to fit the hanger. The hanger should work around your plant.

Traditional plant hangers make you wrestle a pot through cords, leaves and trailing vines. The Original opens at the top, allowing you to lay the hanger flat, place your pot directly onto it, bring the three straps up around your plant, and simply hook + hang.

Why it’s different

Detachable top.
No more feeding a full, trailing plant through the hanger. Open it, place your pot, reconnect, and hang.

Made for the big ones.
The Original was intentionally built extra sturdy to support substantial pots and those big, beautiful plants that deserve to be hanging too, not only the little ones.

Extra length.
We made our straps longer than the typical plant hanger, giving your plant a lower, more intentional drop from the ceiling and letting it become part of the room instead of disappearing up near the hook.

Adapts to your pot.
The three-strap design naturally works around a range of pot sizes and shapes. Instead of trying to find the perfect pot for your hanger, the hanger adapts to the pot you already love.

Long vines, mature foliage and plants you really don’t want to wrestle through a traditional hanger: that’s exactly what inspired this design.
