⸻Shipping Policy
We ship from our little corner of the world to yours, currently within the U.S. Every hanger is handmade with serious love, so give us 3–5 business days to prep and pack your order before it hits the road. You’ll get tracking info the second your package leaves our hands, but once it’s with the carrier, it’s out of our control (we’re not Amazon… yet).
If your order gets lost in the void, shoot us an email at hookandvineco@gmail.com and we’ll do what we can to help.
Important: We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but nowhere to be found. Please double-check your address before placing your order — our hangers are wanderers, but they don’t find their way home on their own.
⸻ Returns & Refunds
We don’t do returns, and here’s why: Every Hook & Vine piece is made by hand, in small batches. That makes each one special… and final. BUT — if something arrives damaged or not quite right, email us within 7 days of delivery (with photos!) and we’ll take care of you. We’re not monsters.
No refunds will be processed without prior approval. We protect our energy, our creations, and our sanity.

We only collect the things we need — name, email, shipping info — and that’s it. No weird tracking. No selling your info to creepy ad bots. We use safe, secure platforms (like Shopify + email tools) to keep your data protected and your experience smooth. Basically: your secrets are safe with us.
By shopping with us, you agree to let us send you magical emails sometimes and treat your info with respect.
